This website is operated by Fraczak Group LLC, doing business as ThreeUp Sports. By using threeupsports.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

threeupsports.com is an informational, pre-launch website. It describes a league management product we are building, and it lets you join a list to be notified when that product opens.

It is not the product. You cannot register a league, pay dues, manage a roster or record a score here. Nothing on this site provides a service beyond information and the notification list.

Descriptions of features, timelines and pricing on this site describe what we intend to build. They are not commitments, and they may change or may never ship.

• Any launch date shown — including “spring 2027” and any specific Opening Day date or countdown — is a target, not a promise. It may move, and the product may not launch at all.
• Any pricing or “founding” offer described here is indicative. Pricing only becomes binding when set out in a separate written agreement that you accept.
• Product imagery on this site — including any screenshots, league sites, standings, statistics, team names and logos — is an illustrative demonstration built with fictional data. It does not depict a real league, real clubs, or real players.

Submitting your email address adds you to a list so we can tell you when we open. Joining it:

• creates no contract between us and does not reserve you a place, a price, or a seat;
• places no obligation on us to launch, to provide any service, or to accept you as a customer; and
• places no obligation on you — you can leave at any time by emailing hello@threeupsports.com, and we will delete your entry.

We will use your address to send launch-related email about ThreeUp and nothing else. We do not sell or rent it. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

You agree not to:

• submit another person’s personal information, or a false name or address;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, its database, or any administrative area;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent its security or rate limiting;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest the site, or to submit its forms;
• interfere with the site’s availability for others, including by flooding it with requests; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us at hello@threeupsports.com before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue claims against anyone who investigates in good faith, avoids privacy violations and service disruption, and gives us a reasonable chance to fix the issue.

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, photography, and the ThreeUp name and logo — belongs to Fraczak Group LLC or is used with permission. You may read, link to, and share the pages. You may not copy the content for commercial use, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission.

Any third-party product or company name on this site — including GameChanger — is the trademark of its respective owner. Reference to a third-party product describes intended interoperability. It does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, partnership with, or endorsement by that company, and none should be inferred.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fraczak Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site — including any reliance on a stated launch date or planned feature.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may change, suspend or withdraw this site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Fraczak Group LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for any dispute arising out of this site.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
