Privacy Policy
This policy describes exactly what this website collects, why, and what we do not do. It covers the pre-launch site only — the ThreeUp platform will publish its own policy before it opens.

1.Who we are
This website is operated by Fraczak Group LLC, doing business as ThreeUp Sports (“ThreeUp”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@threeupsports.com.
2.What this policy covers
It covers threeupsports.com — the pre-launch website you are reading, which exists to describe what we are building and to let you join a launch notification list.
It does not cover the ThreeUp platform itself (league registration, payments, rosters, scheduling and scoring). That product is not open yet. When it opens it will operate under its own privacy policy, because it will handle categories of information — including information about minors, collected with guardian consent — that this website does not touch.
3.What we collect
Information you choose to give us.
- Launch list. Your email address, and the role you select (Commissioner, Team manager, Player, or Parent / fan). Both are required to submit the form. Nothing else is captured.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you select, and the message you write.
Information collected automatically.
- Web server logs. Our web server records the IP address, browser user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp and response status for requests to this site. These are ordinary server logs used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or errors. They are not linked to your launch-list entry.
- Abuse throttling. To stop the forms being hammered, we count recent submissions per IP address in the server’s memory for sixty seconds at a time. This counter is never written to disk and is lost whenever the server restarts.
4.What we do not do
This site is deliberately plain. The following are statements of fact about how it is built, not merely promises of intent:
- We set no cookies, and use no browser local storage or session storage.
- We run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no page-view or heat-map tracking.
- We embed no advertising or tracking pixels, and no social media trackers.
- We load no third-party scripts. Every asset on this site is served from our own server.
- We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- We do no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Because there are no cookies or trackers, this site shows no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
5.Why we use it
- To email you once we launch — the sole purpose of the launch list. For visitors in the UK and EEA, our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
- To answer you when you write through the contact form. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To keep the site up and secure — server logs and throttling. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in the security and availability of our own service.
We do not use your address for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any other list.
6.Who else can see it
- Our hosting provider. This site runs on a virtual server rented from DigitalOcean, LLC, in their New York datacenter. They act as our processor and can access the underlying machine.
- Nobody else, today. There is currently no email delivery provider, CRM, analytics vendor or advertising partner in the chain. When we add an email provider in order to send the launch announcement, we will name it here before we use it.
- Legal disclosure. We may disclose information if legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
7.Where it is stored, and international transfers
Data is stored in a database file on our server in the United States (New York). If you are outside the United States, submitting a form transfers your information to the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required for UK/EEA transfers we rely on the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses with our hosting provider.
8.How long we keep it
- Launch list entries — until we launch and send the announcement, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. If we abandon the project we will delete the list. Removal requests are actioned within 30 days.
- Contact messages — up to 24 months, so we can follow up on a conversation.
- Server logs — a short rolling window, normally no more than 30 days.
9.Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you joined the launch list you can withdraw consent at any time — that removes you from the list entirely.
Email hello@threeupsports.com or use the contact form and choose “Privacy or data request”. We respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information and have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
UK and EEA residents. Under the UK GDPR and GDPR you additionally have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or your national authority in the EEA.
10.Children
This website is aimed at adults who run, play in, or follow amateur baseball and softball. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email hello@threeupsports.com and we will delete it.
11.Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. The database is not reachable from the internet — it is a file on the server, readable only by the account that runs the site. Administrative access is protected by a password stored as a hash, never in plain text.
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your information we will notify you, and any regulator we are required to notify, without undue delay.
12.Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is material — for example adding an email provider or any form of analytics — we will describe it here, and where the law requires consent we will ask for it before the change takes effect.
